I offer tailored training and support to help you improve your well-being. Let’s train together at the gym, outdoors, or online—based on your goals.
I was born in 1983 in Prague, Czechoslovakia, and moved to Finland after high school. My
coaching career began in 2003 when I started coaching a junior floorball team in my
hometown. In 2012, I became a certified personal trainer (FAF Personal Trainer), and in
2023, I began physiotherapy studies at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
After becoming a personal trainer in 2012 through the Fitness Academy of Finland, I started
working at Forever Hiekkaharju and later joined Fibaco, where I worked for 9 years. I
founded my own business in 2017, renaming it Vacek Valmennus in 2022. That same year, I
began my physiotherapy studies at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
I live in Myllypuro with my wife and three children, along with our two cats. My own
training focuses mainly on calisthenics-style bodyweight exercises.
Physiotherapy complements my PT background: I can combine training, movement control, and rehabilitation so clients get support that continues well beyond pain relief.
My coaching philosophy emphasizes overall well-being. Along with regular exercise, rest, and nutrition, spending time in nature and fostering a connection with the outdoors helps slow down, recover, and achieve balance between body and mind.
